Making sustainable air taxis a reality requires strategies of a full eco-system including aircraft, ground infrastructure and air traffic management systems. Last week, Alaka’i Technologies and BMW Group added another piece to the puzzle, when they launched world’s first hydrogen-powered air mobility system. Another step closer to sustainable air taxi operations to travel longer distances — over three hours per tank, or almost 500 kilometres.
